Since I wasn't a member of BlackMonkeys I never didn't knew exactly what happened. Then they simply closed the project, site, everything. After several delays the mod was simply released at it in 2011 with a brand new gametype called Very Important Droid, which wasn't the R2D2 that I designed. On that period even the R2D2 model wasn't created yet, so I used a suitcase model instead, so was needed to they finish the core of the mod first to let start my work. We started with R2D2 which I provided my ideas, with draws showing how the game would be, movement scripts (since R2D2 would not be a player in my gametype), even a video showing how would be. I designed 2 gametypes at first, R2D2 as Xiao requested a game with a R2D2 droid and Shields. I proudly accepted this invite since I'm also a big Star Wars fan and would love to work with this universe. When they decided to work with this amazing mod I was invited by their leader ( Xiao) in 2009 to create new gametypes for the mod because they liked a lot the gametypes I created for Frontlines and would like to have new and exclusive gametypes to this mod.
Originally created by which was a clan from Germany which we bacame friends because Frontlines and they did lots of promotion of Frontlines around Germany and hosting Frontlines servers. Adds several features from Frontlines MOD.
Star Wars Frontlines it's a very upgraded version of the amazing Galactic Warfare MOD for Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare.
